We’re excited to share the completion of Asphalt and Fuel Supply’s new headquarters in Tulsa! Our design team worked closely with AFS to create a space that unites their industrial roots with a modern corporate feel. Featuring materials like black corrugated metal and exposed concrete, the design reflects AFS’s brand while offering a refined, collaborative environment. Employee well-being was a priority throughout, with thoughtful elements like natural light, sit-stand desks, and welcoming living room areas that support both productivity and connection. Construction is complete for the LIFE Senior Services projects we did with Narrate Design (Formerly Selser Schaefer Architects) which included a complete gut rehab of an old school into an activity/wellness center and a ground up pickleball facility. These facilities are going to make a huge difference for Tulsa's senior community!

Construction is complete on the Muskogee Highschool HVAC Upgrade! We converted the old constant volume multizone units that used simultaneous heating and cooling with variable air volume chilled water air handling units and variable air volume terminal boxes with hot water reheat while still being able to reuse the existing underfloor ductwork.
