Ken has delivered a diverse range of facilities, including manufacturing plants, cold storage warehouses, pharmaceutical facilities, and large-scale distribution centers. He has spent most of this year in Philadelphia, finishing up work on a 50k SF facility addition for Ocean Kingdom and contributing to the development of 2121 Wheatsheaf Lane, a 287k SF Class A warehouse designed to revitalize the site and meet the needs of modern industrial users. Currently, Ken is working in Mt. Laurel on a 215k SF Cold Storage facility for RLCold and BGO. The project is set to be delivered Q3 2025.
