If you’re using Valor PayTech, here’s how to properly set up your batch summary reports and reconcile your deposits for a smooth accounting process. ?? Step 1: Sync Your Valor PayTech Account with QuickBooks Online Before managing batch reports, first, connect your Valor PayTech account to QuickBooks Online: 1?? Log into your Valor PayTech Merchant Portal. 2?? Navigate to Integrations > QuickBooks Online. 3?? Click “Connect to QuickBooks” and sign in to your QuickBooks Online account. 4?? Authorize Valor to sync transaction data. 5?? Choose the correct income account for recording sales and fees. ? This integration ensures automatic transaction syncing, reducing manual entry and errors. ?? Step 2: Set Up Valor PayTech Batch Reporting ? In the Valor Merchant Portal, go to Batch Summary Reports and configure your settings: ?? Choose between Daily, Weekly, or Monthly reports. ?? Enable email notifications for easy tracking. ??
