I couldn't agree more with Chris. I shop at a variety of dispensaries and not many stand out, relate to the community and culture in authentic ways or have any real brand identity. In my opinion it's because they haven't figured out their actual brand identity. Some want to be the Apple store of dispensaries and some want to be the House of Blues dispensary but they can't be everything to everyone. The only dispensary in Lynn that seems to understand how to attract customers is Greatest Hits Cannabis Co. This place has a vibe on it's own, staff is friendly and helpful and their rewards system kicks in sooner than the rest. Morale at other local dispensaries has seemed to go down too so I like shopping here better. On my 3rd visit they told me I earned 15% off. What?? They also gave me extensive info on specific products and effects. Yea this is my new favorite dispensary. Even though other dispensaries are much closer to me, Greatest Hits has earned my business and gained a new customer. Maybe one day we'll collaborate on some events too. ??
I couldn't be happier with the feedback I received in response to a column I wrote a few months ago about how dispensaries need to step it up and stand out from the pack if they want to pull ahead in this crowded market. I've been learning about and visiting companies like Greatest Hits Cannabis Co. that really have a unique concept, and wow, this one really blew me away. I think the ticket window is my favorite touch, or maybe the dab display. Lots of options from independent cultivators and manufacturers. A hit for sure ...
