We are privileged to announce that the Fergus Inn, located at 610 Western Avenue, is under new ownership. Hotel 8 owners Imran Khan and Maya Goldstein recently purchased the Fergus Inn, and will begin renovating and rebranding the 53-room hotel.? Goldstein said, “After spending the past year remodeling Hotel 8, we are dedicated to elevating Fergus Inn to the same standard of quality and hospitality.? By reenergizing this 53-room hotel, we hope to add more value to the community and support the local economy.” The pair has been working with GFF through their Entrepreneur Initiative to receive free and confidential one-on-one consulting for start-ups, existing businesses, and ownership transfers.
