Eighth and tenth graders explored and connected with some incredible employers - and perhaps ignited an interest in a new career path! This week, members of our Talent & Workforce team presented on our Senior Academy initiative at the 34th Annual Dropout Prevention Conference in New Orleans. ?? Senior Academy provides 12th-grade students who are in jeopardy of dropping out one-on-one mentoring with a volunteer. The program boasts a 98% average graduation rate for participating students!
