Kaufman, who began on July 1, led the Jewish Federation of Detroit for 10 years, galvanizing its younger generations and surpassing fundraising goals. Here in Miami, he noted, “The current uptick in population growth, along with the heightened sense of Jewish connectivity, has created many important opportunities that we can seize. The Palm Beach Center to Combat Antisemitism & Hatred continues to lead the way in fostering allyship between the broader community and the Jewish community.
