At this morning’s Tennessee SCORE Institute event we focused on non-degree credentials. Non-degree credentials are becoming increasingly popular among students and workers who want to sharpen their skills, while employers see them as an opportunity for talent development. Availability and uptake of these credentials is rapidly growing but Tennessee needs better insights into which ones are aligned to the state’s workforce and economic development goals.
