?? Greater Manchester at MIPIM 2025, Day 3: A Pivotal Moment for Growth and Opportunity ?? Yesterday saw the third and final day of Manchester's programme at #MIPIM2025. Still, our delegation showed no signs of slowing down – the sun was shining and the site was filled with the buzz of Manchester, and the huge amount of opportunities we have across the region. ?? ??? Over on the Manchester Stand we turned our attention to our booming visitor economy, the importance of social value and community in placemaking as well as the opportunity presented by Mayoral Development Zones to drive growth outside of the city centre and benefit all of our residents. ?? On the UK stand, Cllr Bev Craig and other northern leaders, including leaders from Bolton Council and Stockport Council, discussed why now feels the North is having an overdue moment. Closing our stage, Michael Ingall determined that now was the time to tell Greater Manchester's story globally and position the region as a competitive investment option. ?? Our delegation had a hugely successful time at MIPIM.
