What an honor it was for the GreatCo-Ops team to collaborate with CFC on this executive development program for new co-op CEOs. We are grateful for our partners at CFC, the CEOs who attended, and the amazing speakers from all over the country who shared their wisdom with us. Over the three days, we covered self-awareness, building a healthy co-op culture, leading the executive team, working effectively with the board, establishing a compelling vision, turning the vision into a good strategic plan, and managing emerging risks, among other topics. The dialogue and engagement were extraordinary.
