Happy fifth anniversary to our Arizona lodge! To celebrate, we held a “slide-a-thon” hosted by Olympic gold medal gymnast Jade Carey. For every guest who slid down our Diamondback Drop attraction, we donated $5 to Phoenix Children’s, one of the nation’s largest pediatric health systems, raising a total of $10,000. Thanks to everyone who attended—here’s to the next five years of families and fun.

Last month, we announced the winners of the 2024 Great Wolf Scholarship Program. We distributed more than $250,000 to Pack Members and their children. Below, we’re highlighting Parnika Shankar, the daughter of Yamini J. Shankar, a Pack Member in our Chicago office. Labor Day is often associated with a long relaxing weekend, celebrated outdoors with friends and family, marking the official end of summer. For many, especially in hospitality, it’s an extremely busy weekend, where we welcome and host our most valuable guests. As I reflect on this Labor Day, I would like to sincerely thank our frontline Pack members, and our lodge general managers, directors, managers, and supervisors, who support them daily in fulfilling our collective mission of Bringing Joy to Families. This becomes magnified on these holiday periods that sometimes we just take for granted. To our 12,000+ Pack members in the field and from myself, and the entire Corporate Support Team, thanks for your devoted service to Great Wolf Lodge; we are eternally grateful for all you do for the Wolf. As I often like to say, “I see you working out there!”?Happy Labor Day Pack, you are simply world-class.?

Congratulations to 2024’s winners of The Great Wolf Lodge Scholarship! This year, we were able to award scholarships to 54 Pack Members and their children. That’s over $250,000 going to help them achieve their educational dreams. Since 2011, the GWL Scholarship has awarded more than a million dollars to Pack Members and their families. We look forward to continuing this mission for years to come.

With today being Women's Equality Day, we want to take time to recognize and highlight the history of women across our country. It’s been more than 100 years since the women's suffrage movement achieved passage of the 19th amendment and paved the way for a brighter future. Great Wolf Lodge benefits immeasurably from all the women, past and present, who make us who we are. #WomensEqualityDay

Love Your Lodge is our way of celebrating Pack Members who have made a career at Great Wolf Lodge. Today, we’re featuring Kayla Seamans, Director of Finance at Great Wolf Lodge Wisconsin Dells. 1. What do you love about working at Great Wolf Lodge? The people that I work with and seeing the excitement of the kids that come to the lodge. 2. What’s a way that you get to help out other Packs or other Pack Members working at Great Wolf?? Understanding the financials and the impact they can make on our Pack Members and our lodge. 3. What’s a personal or unique aspect of your lodge that makes it so rewarding? We were the very first Great Wolf Lodge, originally built by a family in Wisconsin Dells. As a result, we have some families that have been bringing their children for years—and are now bringing their grandchildren to the lodge! Seeing them continue to make happy memories really makes the job rewarding.
