““I take full ownership of the role I play at GLC and I am so passionate about the company’s dedication to employee ownership and culture. I’ve become more passionate about the company’s investments in rural communities where growth and economic stimulus is needed. I love the fact that it’s not just about the cheese, but about the farmers, milk cows, milk, and quality of the products used to represent our high quality tasty cheese. I also love the creativity that comes from our younger generations and the way we work together to improve. It is not about what we always did in the past, it’s about how to do it better in the future. On the day to day, I really enjoy working with all of my team members from different age ranges, ethnicities, genders, and religious beliefs.
