Congratulations to our newest group of Mental Health First Aiders! Thanks to a generous grant from the Bay Area Community Foundation Youth Advisory Committee, we have expanded the network of caring adults in our community that are able to identify and respond to a youth who is experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. Congratulations! #BeTheDifference

The iMatter Anti-Stigma Campaign aims to decrease stigmas and open up the conversation that everyone deals with mental health from a variety of different perspectives regardless of demographics, environments or experiences. Our Executive Director, Dallas Rau, BBA, was honored to share her thoughts on #YouthMentalHealth with SAGINAW COUNTY COMM MENTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY and the BWell Saginaw initiative.
