Big news coming out of our portfolio company, ParetoHealth, as Maeve O'Meara takes the reins as CEO. With more than two decades of industry and leadership experience and having been an integral part of ParetoHealth’s management team since 2023, Maeve brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her new role. We look forward to her continued contributions to help the company pursue its mission to reduce costs of health benefits. Congratulations, Maeve! We also extend our appreciation and gratitude to Andrew Cavenagh, ParetoHealth’s co-founder and outgoing CEO. Andrew has been a pioneer in the space who has continuously strived to make healthcare more affordable, and we are pleased that he will remain active at the company as Executive Chairman.

On the investment side, Joe Germanese, a 13-year member of the firm and seasoned financial technology and software investor, has been promoted to Managing Director. Our London office marked the start of the holiday season by pledging their support to the KidsOut Giving Tree program. Our London-based colleagues will collect holiday gifts for children in need using Giving Tree tags that provide the name of a child and the gift they would like to receive for the holidays. These gifts help provide a sense of hope, comfort, and support to children in need, allowing them to feel valued and cared for.
