Next week, our Senior Managing Ecologist Rex Bergamini, PhD will be attending the Desert Tortoise Council’s 50th Annual Meeting & Symposium in Las Vegas, February 25-28th. We are excited to explore the facets of tortoise demography and connectivity of populations, human effects on habitats, and the latest techniques for surveys, and methods for evaluating findings of the tortoise species!
