For ALUR's NYC showroom design, we tackled key challenges like sound control, low ceilings, and seamless integration of glass wall systems. By collaborating closely with engineers at FMC Engineering, P.C., we re-routed ductwork and sprinkler lines to maximize ceiling height, integrated acoustic solutions for privacy, and designed a layout that lets Alur’s products shine. Our latest commercial interior project at 841 Broadway, one of The Feil Organization buildings, designed for Movable Ink —and it tackled a challenge many modern workplaces face: creating spaces for energetic collaboration and focused individual work. The solution? Expansive, sound-separated meeting and collaboration zones that accommodate everything from brainstorming sessions to large town halls, while maintaining undisturbed quiet areas for deep work.
