In his new role, Matt will have expanded responsibilities in overseeing project teams and project execution across our Midwest market, with a particular focus in the national retail and entertainment sectors. He has been instrumental in the success of several key pursuits, including The Domain Plaza Renovation, Eden's Plaza Exterior Improvements and multiple projects for Dick's Sporting Goods. Matt joined Graycor in 2023 as a Project Manager II and serves as a mentor in the Project Engineer Mentoring Committee. ? PROJECT COMPLETION: Skybridge Arizona Lots 108 & 109. Graycor is excited to announce the delivery of two additional buildings at Skybridge Arizona! Lots 108 & 109 each bring 250,000 SF of Class A industrial space to the site, adding to the already completed 130,000 SF across Lots 106 & 107. The total Skybridge development spans 435 acres and will include 1.5M SF of aeronautical development and over 2.2M SF of non-aeronautical development once completed. #TeamGraycor was happy to spend time giving back at Valley Partnership's Community Project Day of Action. Each year, Valley Partnership selects a charitable nonprofit for their Community Project - 2024's beneficiary was the Phoenix-based Sojourner Center, one of the largest and longest-running domestic violence, sexual violence and human trafficking shelters in the United States. Members of our Southwest team volunteered to provide facility improvements to the Sojourner Center Emergency Shelter Campus. Shannon, Darryl Thornton and Zach Hawke enjoyed a day on the field benefitting the Meyer Center for Special Children, a Greenville, SC nonprofit specializing in early education and intensive therapy services to empower children with disabilities. Last week Graycor celebrated 250,000 working hours with zero time lost at Siemens Mobility Lexington! The site will combine a passenger coach manufacturing factory with a service and maintenance facility for passenger coaches and locomotives. With this cutting-edge facility in Lexington, NC, Siemens Mobility is expanding its manufacturing footprint to fulfill the growing demand for passenger rail in North America.
