    Inspiring the next generation of leaders??? Encouraging young people to think about careers allows them to identify their interests and strengths, set goals, and make informed decisions, alleviating some of the uncertainty and anxiety that can come with leaving education and entering the world of work. At Grayce, we are experts in launching graduate careers in change and transformation, but support needs to start at an earlier age. That’s why we partner with charities like Bookmark and Kori to help young people with literacy skills and support to set them up for a better future. This month, two of our talent experts, Heidi Knowles (MCIPD) and Selcybil Osman, visited a Co-op Academy, alongside other employers, talking to 11-15-year-olds to: ?? Understand their experiences and challenges ?? Educate on the career opportunities out there and trends in the market, with an emphasis on tech and AI ?? Raise awareness of what a development programme can do to accelerate their future careers post-university Heidi reflected: “A key takeaway for us was the stark reality of the complexity young people are facing in today's world of future work.     We are delighted to announce our new charity partners!??? At Grayce, we believe in giving back to our community, that is why we are supporting Kori Youth Charity and the Booth Centre. Kori Youth Charity supports?young people from predominantly black and minority ethnic communities across North London. They tackle educational and employment barriers by offering tailored programmes that empower youth through mentoring, training, and leadership opportunities. The Booth Centre has been a vital community hub for individuals affected by homelessness and poverty in Manchester. They provide life-changing training, employment support, and health services while offering creative programmes like drama and art to help people rebuild their lives.
