We're back from our annual company retreat in Chicago! The retreat followed an "open space" style which lets anyone on the team choose and lead discussion topics. We also used this time for face-to-face team bonding, which is extra special as a remote company. We're feeling reenergized and inspired for the future of Gravity Works!
