It was during a blizzard in Fargo. Our supplier, Infinity from Marvin, couldn’t get windows to us on time because of a snowstorm. Most companies would have shrugged and told the customer to wait. Not us. Our owners rented a U-Haul and drove through the storm themselves to pick up the windows, bringing them back to Denver so our customers wouldn’t be left in the cold—literally.
