Just wrapped up an incredible few days at the AHA Rural Health Care Leadership Conference! The conversations reinforced what we all know—rural hospitals are the backbone of so many communities, but they continue to face major challenges in workforce retention, financial sustainability, and patient access. Harrison Tyner and I were truly inspired by hearing from leaders who are tackling these challenges head-on, especially through innovative workforce strategies.
