Our goal is to develop and deploy a portfolio of data informed incentive programs that help create more sustainable work environments for shift based healthcare providers, like nurses. Our programs are designed using proven behavioral science concepts to address chronic workforce challenges within systems (ie. Reflections from the NCONL | North Carolina Organization of Nurse Leaders : Elevating Nursing Leadership & Workforce Innovation This year’s NCONL Conference brought together some of the most forward-thinking nursing leaders to discuss the future of leadership in the new world of work, workforce well-being, and innovative strategies for patient care. From Rose Sherman's keynote on new strategies for nursing leadership to panel discussions on broadening horizons and breakout sessions for emerging leaders, the event underscored the critical role of empowering nurses at every level to drive innovation and resilience in healthcare. One of the most pressing themes? Workforce engagement, retention, and well-being—challenges that demand smarter solutions to support and sustain frontline staff. Just wrapped up an incredible few days at the AHA Rural Health Care Leadership Conference! The conversations reinforced what we all know—rural hospitals are the backbone of so many communities, but they continue to face major challenges in workforce retention, financial sustainability, and patient access.
