Democrats across the country are baffled by the losses in key races in 2024 and the DNC's actions following election day are exactly why they can't continue?to rely on union voters to turn out in favor of their candidates. The party that has stood for the right to unionize for decades have laid off (with no severance pay) hundreds of employees with no notice. Despite labor organizations supporting Democrats up and down the ballot, many of their members are beginning to shift their support to Republicans. The working class have come to realize Democrats are taking them for granted as their?agenda has shifted to an ultra liberal one that focuses more on social issues than protecting workers and their?jobs. Democrats and labor unions can expect workers to flee their party in droves if they continue to take the working class for granted and pander to progressives.
