Today marks another year of my father's passing. Even though my father is forever gone, memories of my father will always live on. The photo on the top right is a photo of him not knowing it would be his last family vacation to Bangladesh, right before he was diagnosed with AML. The middle photo of him is during Eid right after Ramadan while he was in remission. The last photo of him was during second Eid ul-Adha a month later. Within 10 months he had passed away from his initial diagnosis from cancer. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers today since today is another death anniversary, ameen! ?? Its because of my father's story which led me to have raised funds for LLS sponsoring 2 cancer research grants in his name. This has further inspired me to help other nonprofits raise funds for their causes.
