The Scottsdale Professional Women for Good - a Giving Circle hosted by Grapevine - will be hosting an event at Kendra Scott on 12/10/24 at the Scottsdale Quarter. A Giving Circle - is a group that comes together to pool their money to support charitable organizations. We are still in the start-up stage but in 2024 our group will give away over $60,000 to support local charities. We meet & donate 4 times per year. (Not a large commitment but certainly a large impact.) We are planning on growing in 2025 and welcome new members! If you are interested come and chat with us! Organizations we have helped in 2023-2024 Ryan House, ARIZONA SEARCH TRACK AND RESCUE INC, JACOBS HOPE RESCUE, Reigning Grace Ranch, Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center, Foothills Animal Shelter Rescue, UMOM New Day Centers, and the Women's Health Initiative. Together we can make great change.

Two years ago, I didn't know what a giving circle was. ?? Today, with near-zero effort, we've donated over 45k$ to local non-profits. ?? Spokane for Good is a collection of women enabling those already doing good. Once a quarter, we put a donation in a pot, nominate and hear from local charities, and vote which should get the quarter's funds. To say it's restored my faith in humanity is an understatement. I've linked the recipients below, but in short, they each are shining, thriving examples of the group's goals: Local. Impactful. People-centric. Their intentions and drive are mirrored by the 80+ members of the giving circle itself and I'm truly mindboggled by the sheer badassery 'round here. All of this was stemmed from Grapevine scaling their efforts to build giving circles around the world. I can't tell you how easy they've made this for us. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the partnership from our teammate Traci Bemis, who I believe to have been forged from equal parts generosity, kindness, hilarity, and tacos. ?? ?? ??
