He previously worked at James Garrison Architects ion NYC.?At GA, John works on both residential and commercial projects, large and?small.?He is both a talented designer and project manager. Framing is almost complete at Wilton Center Lofts. Designed by Granoff Architects and developed by Granoff Real Estate, the building will have 40 luxury rental apartments. Completion will be October.?

He previously worked for The Rockwell Group in NYC and Sound beach Partners locally.?At GA, Dave is a Senior Project Architect that focuses on the firm’s larger single family home projects. GA received approvals from the Greenwich Architectural Review Committee last week for the addition/renovation at 38 Field Point Road.?The former Lutheran Church is being converted to the Chabad of Greenwich.?The Midcentury Modern structure, built in 1957 will be completely restored as a Synagogue, while the north/south wings will be demolished and re-built as community spaces, classrooms and support facilities for the growing congregation.?The wall above the ark is designed with varying patterns of channel glass.?Construction will begin this fall, with completion late next year. Today at GA we gathered for our 9th Annual Chili Fest. 5 versions were prepared by the architects in a “blind tasting”. And the winner was Gian Colangelo!!

She previously worked at CREATE Architecture & Planning prior to GA, Chabeli is an Architectural Designer; she works on both residential and commercial projects, large and?small.
