This 233,783 SF grocery anchored center was the product of many, many months of persistent effort by our acquisition team. NCC is our first shopping center in the fast growing Charleston market, and it demonstrates Granite Canyons strategy of acquiring superior-located retail centers catering to an ethnically diverse customer base.
