Grane PBM is now certified for 2025 Prescription Drug Event (PDE) data submissions, and all of our customers will be fully compliant with the new 2025 submission requirements. Here’s a quick look at some key updates: -> New PDE Inbound File Layout: Starting January 1, 2025, Part D sponsors must use the updated 2025 file layout for all Benefit Years and Dates of Service (DOS). -> True Out-of-Pocket (TrOOP) Costs: TrOOP calculations now include covered Part D drug costs reimbursed through insurance or group health plans, with new reporting requirements for Non-covered Plan Paid Amount (NPP) and Other Health Insurance (OHI) in TrOOP fields. -> Pharmacy Price Concessions at POS: Part D plans are required to report maximum contingent payments or adjustments. -> Vaccine Administration & Additional Dispensing Fees: This updated field name now includes additional dispensing fees alongside vaccine administration fees. -> Other TrOOP Amount Indicator: PACE organizations will populate this field starting DOS on or after January 1, 2025. For new plans and submitters, the onboarding process with CSSC Operations will establish connectivity for PDE data submissions.
