Great demos by Cyrus Todiwala from Cafe Spice Namaste and Athanor user Lorna McNee from CAIL BRUICH RESTAURANTS LTD, along with talks from the Dorchester Collection Executive Chef Mario Perera, and two representatves from the Gleneagles Hotel, Mo Mands Director of Sustainability and Richard Dalgleish, executive sous chef.
