As both a HR professional and the parent of a special needs child, it couldn't bring me more joy to have such incredible support organizations right here in our community. Huge thank you to both Grand Traverse Industries and Autism Alliance of Michigan for helping TAHRA membership understand how we can best leverage these services, and, as Austin Darga put it, "Provide a paycheck, while also helping them follow their dreams".
TAHRA want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Kelly Blakeslee, Danya Ryan and Austin Darga for speaking at this month’s meeting on Neurodiversity in the Workplace. Their insights and expertise brought fresh perspectives and sparked meaningful discussions on how TAHRA members can better support and celebrate neurodiverse individuals in our organizations. #TAHRA #HR
