CONGRATULATIONS to our Ladder to Leading class graduates! Ladder to Leading is a monthly in-person supervisor seminar that focuses on developing our next-level leaders. This in-person training is also customized to not only train on leadership skills but also areas that each specific cohort wants to learn more about. Through this program, we develop the leadership to make a positive impact with both their teams and customers. Due to the weather on the day of graduation, several team members were not able to attend, but we want to recognize all of them! A big shoutout to DeWitt Public Schools for continuing to recognize our team members. At the team refresher, the district also gave every GRBS team member a sweatshirt!

Students at Fremont Public Schools made these Thank You cards for our team members… we appreciate the support from the district.

The GRBS Management Party was a success! We love to have our team from across the state come together for a day of fun, team building, and community giving. Our day started with our own gift exchange, filled with many laughs. We then had teams set up to shop for wish list items for various groups (Alpha Grand Rapids, Toys for Tots, Arbor Circle). This is always so meaningful for our team. The day ended with a group competition at Main Event! Bowling, Dancing, Laser Tag, Skeeball, and more!
