Her journey with us began with a desire to connect with the community and use her exceptional cleaning skills to make a difference. In her role, she ensures every space she touches is spotless, from cleaning ER bays to managing linens and waste. The camaraderie among her colleagues is something she truly cherishes, saying, "Everyone is so lovely, and I am happy working with people who appreciate you." Influenced by her aunt, who also worked in environmental services at M Health Fairview in Princeton, she always goes the extra mile, ready to lend a hand whenever needed. Her goal is simple but powerful: "I love putting a smile on people's faces. Smiles make people happy." Outside of work, Holly's dedication extends to her role as a committed Girl Scout Troop leader. She started Hill City Troop #1484, where she enjoys planning exciting activities like camping adventures and an upcoming visit to the Barbie Museum in Duluth. As a scout mom to her 10-year-old daughter, she loves spending time together and creating lasting memories. ?? Join us in celebrating Kristi Wilson's 30 years of service at Grand Itasca as she embarks on a new chapter on September 3rd! ?? Kristi's journey with us began three decades ago in patient access, where her exceptional people skills quickly set her apart. From assisting patients at registration in her early days, she advanced to a patient access lead, demonstrating her natural leadership abilities. Her dedication and talent eventually led her to the role of patient access manager, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining our processes and improving patient experiences. Kristi has excelled as our Quality Assurance Training Coordinator for six years. In this role, she has been the first welcoming face for new hires, guiding them with personalized, one-on-one training that sets them up for success. Kristi's commitment to excellence is also reflected in her quality audits, which ensure registration accuracy and maintain our high standards. She has been a crucial link between departments, working closely with our billing office and financial advocates to resolve billing issues and provide top-notch support whenever needed. Throughout her career, Kristi has been more than just a colleague; she has been a mentor, a problem-solver, and a steady force of positivity and professionalism. Her role as a mentor has been particularly inspiring, and we are grateful for her guidance. As she embarks on this new chapter, Kristi and her husband are excited to spend their winters snowbirding in sunny Nevada, exploring the terrain in their off-road vehicle, and enjoying countless summer days on the lake.
