Dr. Xin (Rex) Sun was on the panel AI and Autonomy's Role in Weed Detection and Destruction. Verna Kragnes spoke about NDSU's Solar Fence technology which will be used to block wind and provide energy for the Prairie Rose Agricultural Institute for Research, Innovation, & Education. Had an amazing two-day event at the Grand Farm, ND. Interacted with the industry and higher-education professionals. We had some folks from The University of Georgia, including Dr. Nick Place, who talked about a joint collaboration between The University of Georgia & and the Grand Farm with a vision to expand #precision #agtech research beyond ND. Also, thanks to Ruchi Joshi Bhardwaj, PhD., for giving the opportunity to me and Billy Ram to speak about #sUAS remote pilot license acquisition process and its applications in various domains.
