What an amazing day yesterday to kick off our visit to London with 12 of our top InsurTech startups! ?? InsurTech Insights conference highlights (unofficial)! ?????? I had the privilege to attend Insurtech Insights conference in London this week. Let's just say it was spectacular. ?? It is arguably THE place to be for anyone interested in the latest innovation trends in insurance with lots (and lots) of networking opportunities. So now the question is...who made the top 5 of my list of awesome business ideas?!?? Let's talk about Lazarus AI. This company has built its own foundational model for document understanding. Think chatGPT on steroids with a very low hallucination rate. My personal thanks to Keith Jensen for a thought-provoking conversation. ?? Next, we have Aindo. Data privacy is a big deal, and rightly so. Is there a way to leverage GenAI for synthetic data that can be used for targeted processing? You bet there is! Thank you to Sabrina Zinutti for a brilliant overview of the product. Hang on, I feel a disturbance in the Force. A new player in the senior care solution space. Enter Grand-App AI ! ????A very ambitious proposition that tackles many aspects of well-being/health monitoring for the elderly population. I can't tag Jay Lapierre but he had all the answers. Change of scenery...can publicly available data be processed with AI capabilities to advise on condition/value of any building in the world? Step forward Spotr, showcased by Marieke Dijksma and Dirk Huibers. We did a live test, it is pretty impressive. ?? The best for last? My top spot goes to Health View Bioanalytic Limited represented by Benny Chung-Ying Zee. Imagine assessing stroke risk and likelihood of certain diseases based on a retina scan. ?? Massive kudos to Kristoffer Lundberg and his team for a fabulous event. I have one final question before signing off...are you coming to the conference next year ? ??
