Tammy joined Graham in 2019 as our first Vice President of People Strategy, bringing invaluable expertise in Finance, Benefits, and Human Resources. Over the past five years, she built and led our HR department, elevating our hiring, training, and leadership development. From launching Flywheel Flight School to implementing strategic hiring and talent planning, Tammy’s impact has helped shape Graham into what it is today. She has not only strengthened our team but has also embodied our Core Purpose: Build Relationships. Her leadership, mentorship, and commitment to our people have left a lasting legacy. Project Spotlight: Greater Regional Health Additions & Remodels We're proud to showcase our work on the Greater Regional Health Additions & Remodels in Creston, IA! This 11,000 SF addition expands clinical and laboratory space, enhances mechanical systems, and includes a future-ready shell space to support ongoing healthcare advancements. Key Features of This Project: 🔹 Innovative Louvered Glass Wall – A first-of-its-kind design at the nurse's station allows patients and nurses to communicate freely while maintaining HIPAA compliance. The one-inch air gap ensures clear sound transmission while protecting privacy. 🔹 Drive-Up Pharmacy Lab – For the first time, Greater Regional Health now offers a drive-up pharmacy lab, increasing accessibility and convenience for patients. 🔹 Expanded Laboratory Space – The project doubled the size of the lab area with three additional blood draw labs, improving patient flow and efficiency. 🔹 Natural Light Enhancements – New windows in the blood draw rooms and office areas bring ample natural light, creating a brighter, more welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Exciting progress at Community State Bank - Des Moines, IA! The team has successfully installed two 120-ton rooftop units at the new Community State Bank Headquarters in Ankeny, Iowa. A huge thank you to our incredible partners at Baker Group for their expert coordination and safe installation of these massive units! These units are over 53 feet long, 8 feet tall, and 11 feet wide, each weighing 25,000 lbs. We're proud to have such dedicated partners by our side, not to mention Taylor REP and our design team at Simonson + Associates Architects, LLC, helping us reach this milestone and move forward with the vision of Community State Bank.
