Seven years ago, I met Aditi Shekar, whose unique insights led her to find one massive blindspot: Banking is a single-player system - it evolved from a time when all finances were handled by the head of household. Modern families don't work like that. We are multi-earner, multi-spender. We are trying to teach our kids about the value of money, which is more and more challenging in a cash-less world. Families are multi-player money managers. We need banking services that recognize our more complex needs. Aditi was selected to the Female Founders Alliance first ever accelerator class in 2018. In 2021, we invested in her seed round. Her insight has turned into a revolution, which today culminates with their most exciting launch to date: banking for families.
