Last week, our leadership team—all of our Managers, Directors and Senior Leaders at Gracent, North Shore Pediatric Therapy, and Pine Cone Therapies—came together for our 3rd Gracent Leadership Summit. We spent our days having thoughtful discussions about what it means to be effective leaders—how to understand and grow our leadership styles, navigate clinical conversations, and set the standard for excellence in our field. These sessions reminded us of the important role we play in shaping Gracent into a place where respect, growth, and collaboration are at the center—for clients and staff alike. Of course, it wasn’t all work! In the evenings, we enjoyed dinners, exploring the city, and simply appreciating each other’s company. There were plenty of laughs, good food, and moments that made us even stronger as a team. Our leaders wear so many hats—mentors, teammates, problem-solvers—and they carry each of these with compassion, commitment, and a shared dedication to making Gracent an extraordinary place for our clients and our staff. Exciting news! We’ve launched the Senior Registered Behavior Therapist role – a brand-new milestone in our path to professional growth! ?? The Senior RBT role recognizes those who have at least one year of experience as an RBT, have been with Gracent for at least six months, and have not only met but exceeded the high standards we set, taking on challenges with dedication and expertise.
