Happy #TeammateTuesday! We have been growing and we want to introduce you to our newest consultant, Wyatt Smith, MS! Wyatt Smith, MS, owner of Smith Dairy Solutions, LLC, provides expert dairy nutrition and management guidance to dairy farms across Wisconsin and Minnesota. He grew up on a #dairyfarm in MN and completed his B.S. in Animal Science at the University of Minnesota. He then completed his M.S. in Animal Science through the Miner Institute and it’s pairing with the University of Vermont in the spring of 2019 under the direction of Dr. Rick Grant. Wyatt’s research focused on evaluating fiber particle size and digestibility and the impact on #dairycattle performance. After graduate school, he worked for 5 years in a dairy technical service role in northwest Wisconsin and southeast Minnesota and currently resides in River Falls, WI. As a part of the GPS Dairy Consulting team, he leverages his skill set and supports dairy farms in driving performance and profitability.
