When I worked in the office, I didn't start the day with email. I took my time getting acclimated and settled before diving into work. I would even sit in my car for an hour (yes, I arrived that early) to allow myself time to "get my mind right." Now, as an entrepreneur, I do the same. I don't start the day with a device in my hand. I move around. I pray, meditate, and get a little exercise before jumping on any device.
