The Annual Senator Street, Councilwoman Cindy Bass and GPASS Food Drive served over 300 families once again. We appreciate all the GPASS staff and the neighborhood volunteers to distribute food and give out information on much needed resources we provide. What an incredible day it has been! We have so much to be thankful for. Today, we had the privilege of serving as a bridge to our wonderful community, and we couldn't have done it without the support of so many. First and foremost, a huge thank you to our volunteers and staff who worked tirelessly to make today possible. Your dedication and hard work are truly inspiring. A special thanks goes out to Brother Henry from the Senator Street office for his unwavering support. We are also deeply grateful to our Senator and Councilmember Cindy Bass. Your contributions and support have been invaluable, and without you, this would not have been possible. Today, we were able to distribute a ton of food to our Olney community, and for that, GPASS is incredibly grateful. It is through the collective effort of everyone involved that we can make such a significant impact. Thank you once again to everyone who played a part in today's success. With their invaluable assistance, GPASS was able to provide fresh products and food to over 300 families at our GPASS location. This achievement would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. We extend our deepest gratitude to all who contributed to this effort. Your commitment to thinking of and assisting our most vulnerable population is truly commendable. At GPASS, we are dedicated to supporting the residents of Philadelphia. Our GPASS NAC is here to connect the community with essential city resources and other necessary services. ??We're thrilled to announce the successful completion of the City of Philadelphia Real Estate Tax Credit Program. FORWARD Platform partnered with the City of Philadelphia to administer a $500 one-time tax credit to Philadelphia homeowners. In collaboration with the City of Philadelphia, FORWARD hosted in-person application assistance events and webinars with local community-based organizations to assist homeowners. Our partnership with Greater Philadelphia Asian Social Service Center (GPASS) Neighborhood Advisory Committees Committees (NACs) played a pivotal role in allowing us to offer multilingual support to applicants, benefiting over 300 homeowners. FORWARD's team ensured program integrity with zero fraudulent applications detected, keeping public funds secure.
