HIRING! TN Governor’s Faith-Based and Community Initiative is hiring a Director of the Volunteer Mentorship Initiative. The Director of the Volunteer Mentorship Initiative will spearhead the implementation of a comprehensive mentorship program for both incarcerated and soon-to-be returning citizens statewide, including both adults and juveniles. This role involves extensive collaboration with the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC), Department of Children's Services' (DCS) juvenile justice division, and statewide reentry partners.
