Event Management to support product and equipment procurement for Federal and Commercial Health Care Agencies

LTD INC d/b/a GOVERNMENT EXPO provides National Logistics, Marketing and Event Services, responsible for the development and implementation of virtual and on-site Small Business Industry Day shows. These half-day, table top events provide education and product demonstrations to staff-- at no cost to Veterans Affairs, Indian Health and Department of Defense Medical Centers. Between 50-70 annual events offer procurement ready small businesses and their supplier partners, opportunities to introduce a variety of medical and non medical supplies, services and equipment to clinicians and procurement decision makers providing market research to support current or future acquisition needs. Government Expo maintains an extensive database of companies and their sales representatives managing vendor registrations, logistics, staffing, set up / break down and marketing support. Two proprietary virtual formats were provided during the Pandemic in the interim, to continue to support ongoing needs and an opportunity for Industry to connect with targeted end users. Thank you to the LOUIS STOKES CLEVELAND VA MEDICAL CENTER for hosting their Environmental - Waste Management - Linen Service focused Small Business VA Industry Day during their annual Environmental Services Week festivities. Innovative products and equipment were presented by Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned and other Small Businesses and their Manufacture Partners. Staff received product demonstrations, education and training to increase knowledge about the Cleveland VAMC's EMS services provided for Sanitation, Infection Control, Textile Management, Waste Management and Pest Management to ensure staff and patient safety.

The CHEYENNE VA MEDICAL CENTER hosted their Small Business VA Industry Day, showcasing 20 Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned and Small Business suppliers and their Distributor Partners.?Innovative medical products and equipment were on display for staff to receive product demonstrations and educational information, in the convenience of their own facility. The event provided staff the opportunity to conduct market research for current or future acquisitions to support new?and future construction projects in place.?The Cheyenne Healthcare System, located in (VISN 19 also called VA Rocky Mountain Network) operates 8 healthcare systems over 10 states and includes medical centers in Aurora and Grand Junction, Colorado; Fort Harrison, Montana; Cheyenne and Sheridan, Wyoming; Salt Lake City, Utah; and Oklahoma City and Muskogee, Oklahoma.
