Girls on the Run Southern Utah

Girls on the Run Southern Utah is committed to helping young women fulfill their potential by empowering a generation of self-aware girls who are tomorrow's role models for a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Our mission is to inspire girls to be Joyful, Healthy and Confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Our programs serve 3rd through 8th-grade girls across Washington and Iron Counties. Each season more than 35 coaches from within these communities volunteer to lead the programs and serve as confident, physically active role models.
