Picket, was recently honored at the Center for Architecture’s Common Bond Gala, which successfully raised nearly $1.2 million to support scholarships for aspiring architects. The event recognized leaders in design, preservation, and sustainability, and featured a video highlighting Gotham’s impact on New York City. In his remarks, Picket emphasized Gotham’s commitment to community engagement and the city’s future, stating: “We value the process of engaging with communities to understand their aspirations. I have great confidence in New York—it continuously reinvents itself, and Gotham will always remain a NYC-focused developer.
