With 30+ years of plant management experience, VP of Operational Integration, Lee Koepke has spent over a decade at Stampede optimizing operations and streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency cross multiple facilities. From overseeing CapEx projects to standardizing processes, his leadership ensures seamless integration across Stampede's operations. ? ?? Passion for Teaching & Innovation – Though he once considered being a teacher, he found his calling in leadership, mentoring teams, and implementing new equipment and processes. Helping others reach their 'light bulb moments' is one of the most rewarding aspects of his role ? ?? Key Milestone: Sunland Park – One of his proudest achievements was playing a key role in leading the transformation of our Sunland Park, NM facility. From rebuilding and equipping it with the right tools to implementing operations, he played a vital role in bringing this facility to life—overcoming challenges, driving teamwork, and turning a vision into reality. ? ?? Beyond Work – When he’s not optimizing operations, you’ll find him riding his bike, playing pickleball, tackling home projects, or perfecting his BBQ skills on his Traeger smoker.
