Excited to share that our nonprofit, Seventeen Wishes , has received a grant from DoorDash! This funding will enable us to cover delivery fees for nonprofits in Go See The City's new markets, helping support their initial deliveries. It will also provide valuable resources for our community initiatives in the coming months. We’re thankful for DoorDash's support and look forward to making an even greater impact?

I had a great time attending and speaking on the main stage at the Green Sports Alliance Summit at L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles. The GSA Summit brought together sustainability leaders from all major professional sports leagues, events, and venues. I was part of an incredible panel that included Yadira Diaz, Go See The City passionate Chief Sustainability Officer & founder of Gradible, the gracious Fikile Mthwalo, founder of Glubbs, and the amazing Leah Thomas, author and environmentalist, who moderated the discussion. Our focus? How diversity fuels success in the green startup space, and how the sports and entertainment industry can leverage this to tackle their sustainability challenges. As founders from diverse backgrounds leading green startups, we explored the power of collaboration. These collaborations are bringing innovative solutions to the forefront – from food waste solutions to water conservation practices – all tailored specifically to address the sports industry's sustainability goals & initiatives. Thank you Green Sports Alliance! Faster, Further, Together!

Thanks to Levy Restaurants Group and the Oklahoma City Thunder, our partnership that launched in February has resulted in the donation of over 6,200 pounds of food to local charities! The season's final donation took place on May 22nd, and it was a fantastic one. Four incredible charities, including the OKC Ronald McDonald House, received fresh fruits and vegetables. Thank you to everyone involved in making this program a success! ?

Last month, in celebration of Earth Day, we launched our partnership with Oklahoma Sooners' Memorial Stadium ( University of Oklahoma), another Levy Restaurant Group location, during the Sooners' Spring game! In our first Sooners game, we were able to divert over 299 lbs. of surplus food to two different nonprofit organizations in the Oklahoma City area: @ReachingOurCity and Michigan Ave Baptist Church. As a SaaS platform, when working with a restaurant or stadium, we’re not usually able to be onsite to see everything take place. Therefore, it was incredibly exciting to meet Amy, one of our charity partners in person and learn about the significant impact we've had on her organization. Since partnering with us in March, Michigan Ave Baptist Church has been able to serve 1300 meals! Huge thanks to KOKH FOX 25, University of Oklahoma Student Media, The Oklahoman, and Oklahoma Educational Television Authority (PBS) for helping spread the word and raising awareness about what we do!
