The Gorgias Story
The Gorgias journey began in 2015 with a Chrome Extension to write emails faster. Our most common users were support agents which is why today, our aim is to help brands deliver an outstanding customer service experience. We do this by centralising all customer interactions and automating responses to the most repetitive questions. Today, Gorgias is a team of more than 250 people located all over the world with 7 hubs in San Francisco, New York, Charlotte, Toronto, Paris, Belgrade & Sydney.
