    Last week, I had the privilege of attending DTCX in LA—my first in-person event representing Gorgias, and my very first time in LA! ?? It was an incredible experience connecting with industry peers and engaging in meaningful conversations. These interactions gave me a much deeper understanding of our clients' and partners' personas and what truly matters to them. From the welcome party to the main sessions to the happy hour—everything was thoughtfully planned! Huge thanks to Anna Tumanova and Brittany Mitchell for all your hard work in making this event so special! Here are some of my favourite highlights from the event: 1?? Ezra Firestone’s session delivered top-tier insights for entrepreneurs and DTC sales & marketing teams—an absolute gem! 2?? The AI for Human-Centric CX session with Caela Castillo, Jessica Botello, Tasnuva Awal, and Molly Wallace Kerrigan, moderated by our very own Ellen Zhang, was full of actionable ideas on combining AI with a human touch in CX. 3?? Zoe Kahn's reminder to all CX leaders that CX is not a cost center—it can actually save money by leveraging automation and AI more efficiently! 4?? Meeting incredible people like Michael Bair and Elizabeth McLaughlin and hearing your stories was such a highlight! 5?? Attending the Smarterships event was a blast—Sara Pereda, thank you for the invite and for starting this amazing network globally!     Hello Monday ??, Happy Thanksgiving to our Canadian CX crew ??, And holy smokes to the week that was ??! A bunch of us Gorgians gathered in LA last week for a *whirlwind* of events, meet ups, speeches, and connecting IRL with folks in the DTC community — aptly during Customer Service Appreciation Week. Gorgias was a headline sponsor at DTCX Retain, where brilliant, customer-obsessed minds gathered to chat about all things ecom. We had a blast, we learned tons, and we’re headed back to work with supercharged batteries ??.     Last week, the whole Gorgias team came together — spanning many continents and timezones — for our quarterly virtual summit! ?? The goal? Re-align on our strategy, celebrate milestones, and connect with the new team members who recently joined. We were able to reflect on the wins and insights from Q3, learn more about the vision for Q4 (and beyond), devour a delicious, catered lunch, and then tune in to a live AMA with co-founders, Romain Lapeyre and Alex Plugaru. To wrap up the day, teams gathered in their local offices for mini celebrations complete with games, drinks, and snacks. Now we're ready to tackle the final quarter of the year ?? !
