Come up with compelling ideas and pitch concepts for the projects assigned ? Craft convincing and concise creative briefs for ad copy, image copy, video scripts, and landing pages ? Research brands and competitive landscape ? Manage creative timelines and processes ? Understand, articulate, and strategically apply the latest platform, industry, creative trends, and digital best practices. ?? What We’re Looking For: ? 2+ years of relevant experience working on a creative team at an agency, or brand ?? Strong storytelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills ? Experience with Facebook or TikTok Ads Manager and an understanding of terms like ROAS, CTR, CVR ? Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to support or defend a creative position or idea in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner ?
