What a day! ?? Our inaugural She LEADS summit was an extraordinary success, reaching maximum capacity with 350 professional women and 160 middle school girls coming together to embrace leadership. Throughout the day, we witnessed countless meaningful connections as participants shared experiences, exchanged ideas and built new professional relationships. The atmosphere of mutual support and encouragement demonstrated exactly what we envisioned - a space where women at every career stage could learn from and inspire each other. This is just the beginning. We're already envisioning an even more impactful event next year, expanding our reach while deepening the connections that make She LEADS special. Together, we're creating a legacy of women who lead with purpose, lift as they climb and transform their communities. Let’s celebrate 2024 by the numbers: Goodman Campbell physicians authored 44 publications. Our practice had 35 open studies across all subspecialties. We hosted 10 summer interns and two gap year students who participated in research projects and clinical observations. We had 22 physicians named 2024 Top Docs. We welcomed two new spine neurosurgeons to the Avon office. We received?approval on one exciting opportunity, the Ascension St. Vincent Hospital Indianapolis Neurological Surgery Residency Program.

Our summer interns, Sevin Barringer and Jase Howell, recently shared their research at a Society of Vascular and Interventional Neurology poster presentation in San Diego. Sevin and Jase worked closely with Dr. Krishna Amuluru this summer reviewing and analyzing neurovascular data and produced this poster on flow diversion of PICA aneurysms.
